Recombinant human growth hormone (somatropin) studied for tissue remodeling, lipolysis, and IGF-1 driven anabolism. Supplied and dosed in international units (IU); the somatropin standard is 3 IU per mg.
Somatropin is measured in international units, and the syringe reads from the concentration, not from the vial size. The same 10 IU vial reads 20 units for a 2 IU draw when it takes 1 mL of bacteriostatic water, and 40 units for the same draw when it takes 2 mL. Find your vial and the water you added, then read across. Units are the marks on a U-100 insulin syringe, where 100 units is 1 mL.
| Vial | BAC water | Concentration | 1 IU draws to | 2 IU draws to | 4 IU draws to |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| 10 IU | 1 mL | 10 IU/mL | 10 units | 20 units | 40 units |
| 10 IU | 2 mL | 5 IU/mL | 20 units | 40 units | 80 units |
| 12 IU | 1 mL | 12 IU/mL | 8.33 units | 16.67 units | 33.33 units |
| 15 IU | 1 mL | 15 IU/mL | 6.67 units | 13.33 units | 26.67 units |
| 15 IU | 1.5 mL | 10 IU/mL | 10 units | 20 units | 40 units |
| 20 IU | 2 mL | 10 IU/mL | 10 units | 20 units | 40 units |
| 24 IU | 2 mL | 12 IU/mL | 8.33 units | 16.67 units | 33.33 units |
| 30 IU | 3 mL | 10 IU/mL | 10 units | 20 units | 40 units |
| 36 IU | 3 mL | 12 IU/mL | 8.33 units | 16.67 units | 33.33 units |
| 36 IU | 4 mL | 9 IU/mL | 11.11 units | 22.22 units | 44.44 units |
These are conversions, not a protocol. Fractions of a unit sit between the marks on a U-100 syringe, which is why the flat volumes above are the common ones.
HGH 191AA (Somatropin) is measured in international units (IU). Add 1 mL of bacteriostatic water to a 10 IU vial for a 10 IU/mL solution.
Mixing is one decision: how much bacteriostatic water goes in. Dosing follows from it, and the syringe reads the result. The instructions below are the whole procedure.
| Vial size | BAC water | Concentration | 2 IU draws to |
|---|---|---|---|
| 10 IU | 1 mL | 10 IU/mL | 20 units |
| 12 IU | 1.25 mL | 9.6 IU/mL | 20.83 units |
| 15 IU | 1.5 mL | 10 IU/mL | 20 units |
| 20 IU | 2 mL | 10 IU/mL | 20 units |
| 24 IU | 2.5 mL | 9.6 IU/mL | 20.83 units |
| 30 IU | 3 mL | 10 IU/mL | 20 units |
| 36 IU | 3 mL | 12 IU/mL | 16.67 units |
Units are shown for a U-100 insulin syringe. A common starting dose is 2 IU. At 10 IU/mL, that draws to 20 units on a U-100 insulin syringe.
Binds growth hormone receptors to activate JAK2/STAT signaling, driving hepatic IGF-1 production and anabolic tissue remodeling while raising lipolysis and protein turnover.
HGH 191AA (Somatropin) is commonly taken in the morning.
Reconstituting is the mixing step: bacteriostatic water goes into the vial of lyophilized powder, and the powder becomes a solution a syringe can measure. For a 10 IU vial of HGH 191AA (Somatropin) the calculator's water volume is 1 mL, which gives 10 IU/mL. The technique is the same for every peptide; only the water volume changes.
The reasoning behind each step is in the guide Peptide reconstitution is one number. Bacteriostatic water, not sterile water, is what makes a multi-draw vial possible; the difference, and the 28-day question, is in bacteriostatic vs sterile water.
Two numbers decide everything on the syringe. Concentration is the vial's IU divided by the water added, and the draw is the dose divided by that concentration, read as units on a U-100 insulin syringe, where 1 mL is 100 units. Diluting a vial with more water does not change the amount of HGH 191AA (Somatropin) in it; it spreads the same 10 IU across more liquid, so every dose becomes a larger draw. Less water does the opposite.
| Water added to 10 IU | Concentration | 2 IU draws to |
|---|---|---|
| 0.5 mL | 20 IU/mL | 10 units |
| 1 mL (the standard) | 10 IU/mL | 20 units |
| 2 mL | 5 IU/mL | 40 units |
The standard row is what the calculator uses for this vial. The other rows show the arithmetic, not a recommendation. The dose is entered in the calculator, never read off a table.
Bacteriostatic water is sold in 10 mL and 30 mL bottles. At 1 mL per 10 IU vial of HGH 191AA (Somatropin), a 10 mL bottle reconstitutes 10 vials, and a 30 mL bottle reconstitutes 30. The 0.9% benzyl alcohol preservative is what lets one bottle serve several vials over several weeks. What a milligram costs right now across the stores TR8CE tracks is on the peptide price index.
| Vial size | Water per vial | Vials per 10 mL bottle | Vials per 30 mL bottle |
|---|---|---|---|
| 10 IU | 1 mL | 10 | 30 |
| 12 IU | 1.2 mL | 8 | 25 |
| 15 IU | 1.5 mL | 6 | 20 |
| 20 IU | 2 mL | 5 | 15 |
| 24 IU | 2.4 mL | 4 | 12 |
| 30 IU | 3 mL | 3 | 10 |
| 36 IU | 3.6 mL | 2 | 8 |
At 10 IU/mL, every 1 IU is 10 units. The rows below are the conversion at the calculator's standard concentration, up to one full 100-unit syringe. A vial size not listed follows the same rule: water equals size divided by 10.
| Amount of HGH 191AA (Somatropin) | U-100 syringe |
|---|---|
| 1 IU | 10 units |
| 2 IU (the COMMON reference) | 20 units |
| 2.5 IU | 25 units |
| 5 IU | 50 units |
| 10 IU | 100 units |
Once mixed, a HGH 191AA (Somatropin) vial is kept refrigerated at 36 to 46 °F (2 to 8 °C) and is not frozen. TR8CE's vault uses a common 28-day refrigerated use-by window as general research guidance, not medical advice. Most peptides reconstitute clear, and a solution that stays cloudy or shows particles after a few minutes of gentle swirling may be degraded or low purity, which is exactly the question a certificate of analysis answers before the vial is ever opened.
Add 1 mL of bacteriostatic water to a 10 IU HGH 191AA (Somatropin) vial for a 10 IU/mL solution.
A common HGH 191AA (Somatropin) starting dose is 2 IU, which at 10 IU/mL draws to 20 units on a U-100 insulin syringe.
Draw bacteriostatic water into a syringe, inject it slowly down the inside glass of the HGH 191AA (Somatropin) vial (not onto the powder), and swirl gently until clear. Store refrigerated and use within the common window.
At 10 IU/mL, a 2 IU draw is 0.2 mL, which is 20 units on a U-100 insulin syringe. A 10 IU vial reaches 10 IU/mL with 1 mL of bacteriostatic water, and a 30 IU vial reaches the same concentration with 3 mL.
1 mL gives 10 IU/mL, so a 1 IU draw is 10 units and a 2 IU draw is 20 units. 2 mL gives 5 IU/mL, which doubles both readings and makes small doses easier to see on the syringe.
At 1 mL per 10 IU vial, a 10 mL bottle of bacteriostatic water reconstitutes 10 vials, and a 30 mL bottle reconstitutes 30.
The amount of HGH 191AA (Somatropin) in the vial does not change; the concentration falls and each dose becomes a larger draw. 10 IU in 1 mL is 10 IU/mL, so 2 IU draws to 20 units; in 2 mL it is 5 IU/mL and the same 2 IU draws to 40 units.
Refrigerated at 36 to 46 °F (2 to 8 °C), never frozen, with a common 28-day refrigerated use-by window as general research guidance, not medical advice.
